Porthos is grinning like a fool at Athos as he slowly comes back to himself, letting go of him and settling him aside so that he can reach for Aramis by the shoulders, hauling him up for the kiss he's been wanting since Athos spent, the taste of him on Aramis' lips something he chases after desperately and happily. He finally sags back against the headboard, stretching out his fingers after having been clamped down.
