Porthos can feel the way Athos is giving into such touches, which makes him all the happier to pursue them. He's giddy for it, pushing Athos to the edge and he seals his lips around him, wanting to taste him as he hasn't in weeks (only left to dream about it). He keeps sucking and working, eager for Athos to come to his climax.
